She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover Cleveland Watts and Grace Agnus Reynolds; her husband William Hayes Harper; her son Tim Harper; her siblings, Zene Watts and Galen Watts; and her granddaughter Amber Clancey.
She is survived by: her children, Dillion Harper (Mary) of Dennard, Doug Harper (Terri) of Dennard, Daina Miller of Oxley and Tammy Burlison (Mike) of Dennard; and her sister Della Rue Crase of Speery, Oklahoma. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; numerous great- grandchildren and great great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, friends.
