She was predeceased by: her parents, William Horn and Lucille Van Horn (Newman); her husband Melvin C. Duncan; and her daughter Ruth Black. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Patricia V. Coley, Karrie L. Grose, Anita M. Duncan and Elisabeth A. Basham; and her great grandchildren, Ashley Basham, Heather Basham, Tyler Story, Bryan Story, Alyssa Johnson, Peri Grose, Travis Grose, Joseph Berna, Jacqui, Angela Gray and Sean Gray. She is also survived by her husband and children.
