She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Howell and Charlotte Campbell Howell; her son Scott Price; and her son-in-law Steve Kelley. She is survived by: her daughter Jackie Kelley; and her granddaughter Rachel Kelley of Delight. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
