She was predeceased by : her parents, Mary Evy Stark and Rufus Franklin Stone; and her husband Carlos "Bolly" Lockeby. She is survived by : her sister Mindy May of Delight; her children, Mark Lockeby of Delight, Rebecca Chambers (Richard) of Bentonville, AR and Peggy Starling Couvillon (David) of Port Allen, LA.; her grandchildren, Robyn Ledbetter (Ryan), Jaime Clark (Joe), Bevin Lockeby (Shelbie), Samantha Tuberville (Kyle), Nick Lockeby, Lewis Chambers and Jeremy Chambers; her great grandchildren, Starling, Virginia, Madden, Moxon, James and Louie Dean; her grandchild Mammaw Billie; her daughters, Connie Riley and Vicky Ivy; and her granddaughter Trista Howard.
