He is survived by: his wife Wilma Jean Waters (Kilgore) of Deer, AR; his sons, Cody (Tara Waters) and Bradley (Ashley Waters); his grandchildren, Lanie, Colby, Colton, Cayson and Emmy Waters; and his siblings-in-law, Bessie Waters of Harrison and Joe Kilgore of Mt. Sherman, AR..
