He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Carroll and Wilma Carroll (Chapman); and his wife Diane Sue Carroll. He is survived by: his son Steven Carroll (Wendy Ann Clemens) of Deer; and his siblings-in-law, Dennis Little of Deer, Kevin Little of Lockport, Illinois, Sally Little of Deer and Carla Little of Lockport, Illinois.
