He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Sienkiewicz. He is survived by: his mother Lucy Sienkiewicz (DiPalma); his wife Evelyne Sienkiewicz (Makkay); his sons, Joshua Sienkiewicz (Lucinda) and Daniel Sienkiewicz (Maria); his stepdaughters, Melissa Dutka Villano (Anthony), Jennifer Dutka Stizza (Daniel) and Stacey Tobias (Gene); his siblings, Edward Sienkiewicz (Elizabeth), Patricia Day (William), Linda Makkay (John) and Diana Sirak (Ed); and his grandchildren, Angelica, Alejandra, Kasey, Parker, Nicholas, Brandon, Alana, Aiden, Eliana and Clara. He is also survived by many loving cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
