He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his children, Rick (Susan), Terry (Andrea), Tim (Carol) and Kim; his grandchildren, Nicole Allen (Darick), Tyler, Anthony Etzkorn, Dorothy, Michael, Grayce and Jake Wright; his great grandchildren, Bentley, Bryce, Braven Allen and Liam Hallam; and his brother Jimmy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
