He is survived by: his wife Sherry Warren; his sons, Cody Smith (Robin) of Gravette and Colt Smith (Tamara) of Decatur, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Presley Newsom (Alex), Connor Smith, Leola Smith and Hollis Smith; and his brothers, Joseph Smith (Normona) of Decatur and Russell Smith (Becky) of Siloam Springs, Arkansas. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
