He is survived by: his wife Linda Etris; his children, Kerry Miller of Bella Vista, Darla Robinson (David) of Rogers, Arkansas, Jerry Shaffer of Decatur and Bradley Shaffer (Doris) of Decatur; and his brother Jerry L. Shaffer (Shirley) of Siloam Springs, Arkansas.. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren.
