He was predeceased by: his father Leon Childers; and his granddaughter Lillian Childers. He is survived by: his mother Mary Childers of DeWitt; his children, Kent Childers (Nikki) and Leanne Rudd (Paul); his siblings, Larry Childers (Sandra), Pat Scroggins (Robert) and Debbie Childers; his grandchildren, Kaleb, Kylee, Liam Childers, Paige, Kasey, Abby Daugherty, Katie and Maggie Abel; his great grandchildren, Elijah Trujillo and Wrenlee Horton; and his niece Kay Dowden. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and other family members and friends.
