She was predeceased by: her husband Carl Higgins (Blue); her parents, Boots Rule and Cecile Rule; her brothers, Billy Ray Rule, Clyde Rule and Jack Rule; and her sister-in-law Lynelle.
She is survived by: her children, Carl D. Higgins (Beth) of De Queen and Donna J. Hunter (Chris) of Lockesburg, Arkansas; her brother Larrie Rule (Pat) of Pheonix, Arizona; her sister-in-law Yvonne Rule; her grandchildren, Jake Higgins (Chelsie), Michael Higgins, Shane Higgins, Gunner Higgins, Brandy Hasselbring and Carl Hunter; and her great grandchildren, Brent Ingram, Colton Ingram, Casen Hunter, Kaden Hunter, Grayson Hunter, Kobie Wright, Ellie Higgins and Aspen Higgins.
