She is survived by: her sons, Clayton Sullivan of De Queen and Chad Sullivan of Hope, Arkansas; her mother Kathleen Blankenship of Dierks, Arkansas; her sister Lennie Pickett (James) of De Queen; her stepson Robert Allen Horn (Shelly Horn) of Enterprise, Alabama; her granddaughters, Sheena Trahan (Jeremy) of Bella Vista, Madison Dean (Clay) of Bella Vista and Brittany Sullivan; her stepgrandchildren, Taylor Rose Horn of Enterprise, Chaise Horn of St. Petersburg and Steven Horn of Eagletown, Oklahoma; and her great grandchildren, Joshua, Cadence, Nora, Taten, Kenlee and Rachel. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
