He is survived by: his wife Shirley Smith of De Queen; his daughter Michelle Smith of Texarkana; his stepchildren, Deborah (Rodney Cockerham), Derek (Alicia Taylor) of Texarkana, Scott Taylor of Carrollton, Ted and Salvation Labit of Horatio, Arkansas; and his brothers, Randy and Lyndell Smith of De Queen. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
