He is survived by: his wife Ramona Gage Butler of De Queen; his sons, Jared Butler of De Queen and Trevor Butler of Box Elder; his grandsons, Tom Butler, Gavin Butler and Koen Butler; and his siblings, Bobby Butler of Mena, Kenneth Butler of Wilton, Arkansas, Judy (Gary Kelley), Glenda (Charles Shooke), Joyce and Pat Gore of Ashdown. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
