We are sad to announce that on March 31, 2019, at the age of 59, Roger Allen Bell (De Queen, Arkansas), born in Kewanee, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Christopher and Opal Mary Shaw Bell; and his brothers, Bobby Bell and John Christopher Bell. He is survived by: his wife Georgette Brewer Bell; his children, Angie Charron of Missouri, Joy Shrouder of Broken Bow, Tobi Walker Plantz of Frisco, Sarah Birmingham of De Queen and Benji Davis of Horatio, Arkansas; and his siblings, Christine Akins of De Queen, Linda Bowden of De Queen, Jennifer Bell of De Queen, Barbara Gaylord of De Queen, Billy Bell of De Queen and David Bell of El Centro, California. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephew, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Wilkerson Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
