He was predeceased by: his mother Ann Koelzer. He is survived by: his father Phill Koelzer of De Queen; his sisters, Susan (Leslie Tallant) of De Queen, Phyllis (Randy Bradley) of De Queen and Carolyn Maurer of De Queen; and his niece Lainey.
