She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Leon and Barbara Beatrice Anderson McKay; and her siblings, Vanessa McKay and Rodney McKay. She is survived by: her husband Jorge A. Alfaro of De Queen; her children, Austin Munoz of Ashdown, Jerami Alfaro of De Queen and Leilani Alfaro of De Queen; her granddaughter Annaci Munoz of Ashdown; and her brothers, Allen McKay of De Queen, Alvin McKay of Louisiana and Frank McKay of Oklahoma City, OK. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
