She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Simmons and Claudine Simmons; her son Kevin Wax; and her granddaughter Jessica Wax. She is survived by: her son Gary; her daughter-in-law Sharon Wax of Gillham; her grandson Garrett Wax of Texarkana, Texas.; and her siblings, Norman, Winston, Pete Simmons and Joyce Simmons. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
