She is survived by: her child Johnna Churchwell (Jessy); her son-in-law Ronnie Willcox; her siblings-in-law, R. L. Bailey and Sue Gillespie; her grandchildren, Derek Ashalintubbi, Craig, Dorina Bryant, Dakota, Beth Wilcox, Keffier, Brandy Wilcox, Ashley, Kwadon Watson, Codi, Jeffery Pannell, Cortney Johnson and Charlee Churchwell; and her close friends, Josh, Natalie, Bobby Ward, Cory and Leona. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
