He is survived by: his wife Sheri Mills of De Queen; his children, Jessica Mills Hudson of Woodward, Oklahoma and Michael Waggoner of De Queen; his siblings, Arthur James Mills (Dianna) of Corsicana, Texas, Carl Eugene Mills (Carolyn) of Corsicana, Texas, Pamela Kay Sumler (Duane) of De Queen and Sherrilene Faye Wynne of De Queen; his cousin Bobby Davis of Gillham; his grandchildren, Jordan Mills, Benjamin Hudson and Mackenzie Hudson; and his siblings-in-law, June Pinson (Jerry) of Dierks, Stacy Higgins of De Queen, Jay Whitley of New Orleans, Will Whitley of Ohio, Chris Whitley of North Carolina and Amanda Hoover of Kentucky. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and a host of friends.
