He was predeceased by: his wife Eva Lou Hibbs; his parents, Benjamin Hibbs and Iva Marie Greathouse Hibbs; his brothers, Dempsey Lofton, Norman Lofton and Frank Hibbs; his granddaughter Eva Marie Leeper; and his great grandchild Joe Michael Brizendine.
He is survived by: his friend Dee Ann Elliott; his children, Suzann (David Churchwell) of Eagletown, Diane (Craig Causey) of De Queen, Mikeal (Rose Hibbs) of Broken Bow, David (Dena Hibbs) of De Queen and Mackey (Amanda Hibbs) of Provo; and his grandchildren, April, Vanetta, Billy, Kayla, Jason, Stacy, Michelle, Misty, Crystal, Ladonna, Justin, Kaley, Payton, Jacob, Lanie and Belle. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
