She was predeceased by: her parents, G. J. Carter and Edna Carter; and her brothers, James Randy Bolt, Richard Rodger Bolt and Mike Carter.
She is survived by: her husband Donald Dale Addington of De Queen; her daughter Linsey Addington; her son-in-law Michael Lugo of Dunwoody, Georgia; her grandchildren, Claudia and Frankie Addington-Lugo of Dunwoody, Georgia; her sister Lavada; her siblings-in-law, Frankie Munoz of East Longmeadow, Massachusetts and Nancy Bolt of Haughton, Louisiana; her brother Ron; and her sister-in-law Cecelia Addington of Arkadelphia, Arkansas. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and a host of friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Kern Heights Baptist Church Building Fund.
