He is survived by: his mother Teresa Rena Williams Neeley of De Queen; his children, Leeland Burnett Neeley of Fayetteville, Olive Jean Neeley of Fayetteville and Liza Rena Neeley of Fayetteville; the mother of his children Holly Neeley of Fayetteville; his brother Benjamin; his sister-in-law Rachel Neeley of Tyler, Texas; his sister Jocelyn; his brother-in-law Cory Phillips of De Queen; his grandparents, Lyde Burnett and Glenda Williams of De Queen; and his nieces and nephews, Alexis Phillips, Noah Reed, Luke Reed, Hannah McLaughlin, Ashlyn Phillips, Ethan Reed, Cora Phillips, Claira Neeley, Macy Neeley and Nolan Neeley. He is also survived by other family members and friends.

A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Chandler Funeral Home Chapel (1015 W Collin Raye Dr, De Queen, AR 71832).
