He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Jackson Bush and Gertrue Anderson-Bush; and his siblings, Derrill, Archie, Vernon, Bernice Morgan (Bush) and Betty Lisenby (Bush).
He is survived by: his wife Holly Bush (King); his children, Becky Benton (Billy Benton) of De Queen and Mark Bush (Denise); his sister Jama Cox (Phillip Cox); his grandchildren, Cara Benton-Kozon (Adam Kozon), Carrie Scrivner (Chris Scrivner), Callie Reinhardt (Casey Reinhardt), Joe Blaze Bush and Karlie Bush; and his great grandchildren, Kinsley, Konner, Kaston Scrivner, Griffin Reinhardt and Baby K. He is also survived by his family and friends, including a host of special nieces and nephews.
