He was predeceased by: his father J. W. Carter; his grandmother Heady Dixon; and his aunt Ola Marie Melhorn. He is survived by: his mother Odessa Dixon Carter of Illinois; his wife Stacy Carter of De Queen; his children, Tori Roberson of De Queen, Reana Roberson of Morrilton, Autumn Roberson of De Queen and Logan Carter of De Queen; his siblings, Steve Britt of Florida, Victor Cantrell of Texas, Phyllis Nichols (Bill) of Illinois and Sandy Cantrell (Carmen Warner) of Texas; and his parents-in-law, Sue and Terry Hargis of Horatio. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and a host of friends.
