He was predeceased by: his father James Lloyd "Jimmy" Addy; and his grandmother Barbara Maxine Knighten. He is survived by: his mother Clarressa Michal "Shelly" Knighten Addy of Foreman; his siblings, John Addy (Randie) of Simms, Texas, Ashley Addy (Nathan Mallett) of Simms, Stormy Foster (Eric) of New Boston and Michelle Neal (John) of Fouke; and his aunts and uncles, James Addy (Nila) of Simms, William S. Knighten (Tillie), Thomas Knighten (LaWanda) of Foreman, Jeannie Fieldman (David) of Las Vegas, Wilda Akins (James) and Tillie Lile (Rodney) of Foreman. He is also survived by four nieces, eight nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
