He was predeceased by: his parents, Eliseo Sanchez and Isabel Parra Sanchez; and his siblings, Olivia Rayos, Armida Beltran, Nohemi Flores, Elizandro Sanchez, Mundo Sanchez and Ruben Sanchez.

He is survived by: his wife Antonia Sanchez; his son Humberto; his daughter-in-law Erica Sanchez; and his daughters, Martha Sanchez (Antero Gonzalez), Erica Sanchez (Juan Jose Chairez), Maria Guadalupe (Joel Sanchez) and Yesenia (Irwin Lopez). He is also survived by five grandsons, ten granddaughters, and six great-grandchildren.
