He was predeceased by: his parents, Lora Orene and Luther Hershall Williams. He is survived by: his son Thomas Gerald Parr; and his sisters, Oleda Orr and Velba De Mers. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Viewing was held on Sunday, October 27th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wilkerson Funeral Home Chapel (403 W Stillwell Ave, De Queen, AR 71832). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
