He is survived by: his wife Roxy Ann Whitley Stephens; his children, Eddie Stephens of Magnolia, Arkansas, Sherri Flournoy of De Queen and Laurie Tidwell (Mitchell) of Wickes, Arkansas; and his close friends, Ricky Smith, Jay Dooley, Gene Neumeier and Wade Johnston. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren.
