She is survived by: her son Allen Perkins of De Queen; her brothers, Danny Tumbleson of Green Forest, Arkansas, Don Tumbleson of Green Forest, Arkansas and Thomas Tumbleson (Ellen) of Green Forest, Arkansas; and her adoptive daughters, Amy Poyner of Harrison and Christine Edwards of Rock Island, Illinios. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
