He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ray Westbrook and Annie Elizabeth Cox Westbrook; his wife Mary Frances Mackey Westbrook; his siblings, Bo Westbrook, Johnny Westbrook and Robbie Blakley; and his grandson Kristopher Adam Westbrook.
He is survived by: his children, Mary Elizabeth "Cricket" Molloy, Donald Wayne Westbrook II of De Queen and Robin Kristopher Westbrook of De Queen; his grandchildren, William Burns of De Queen, Lauren Shelton of Texarkana, Colby Westbrook of Smithville and Trey Pollard of Farmington, Arkansas; and his great grandchildren, Emery Westbrook, Ryann Shelton and Milo Westbrook.
