With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Connie Ellen Russell James of De Queen, Arkansas, born in Altus, Arkansas, who passed away on June 3, 2023 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wiley Bryant Russell, Jr. and Florence Odessa Boyles Russell; and her brother Terry Mark Russell. She is survived by: her daughters, Amy James (Carzye Stephens) and Amber James of De Queen; her brother Scott; her sister-in-law Linda Russell of De Queen; and her granddaughter K'Leigh Guillotte of San Diego, Calif.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
