He is survived by: his wife Ruby Lee Noey of De Queen; his sons, Robert (Kristy Vallee), Joseph (Lori Vallee), Michael (Abby Vallee) and Larry Vallee; his grandchildren, Rachael, Bekah, Russell, Cade (Josie), Cooper (Hailey), Cannon, Zachary (Faith), Garrett, Walker and Victoria; his great grandchildren, Bradleigh, Colton and Chase; his brother Richard; his sister-in-law Carol Vallee of Southbridge; and his sister Theresa Sumner of Seattle, Washington. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
