He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bailey and Irene Elizabeth Bailey (Bell); and his brother Charles Dale "Bud" Bailey. He is survived by: his daughter Debbie; his son-in-law Sandy Heaton of Bengal, Oklahoma; and his sisters, Mickey Alexander (Ricky) of Snow and Jean O'Brian. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
