She was predeceased by: her uncles, Aiden and Braxton Glasgow; and her great-great-grandparent Joyce Plunk. She is survived by: her parents, Levi Landon James Tabor and Kylie Marie Perez of Horatio; her grandparents, T. J., Kacie Perez of De Queen, Shelly Burgess of Broken Bow, Oklahoma and Sarah Renee of Lawton, Oklahoma; her aunts and uncles, Alyssa Perez, Keira Kramer of Horatio, Ellie Lara of Broken Bow, Oklahoma, Braiden Glasgow of Texas and Carter Perez of Horatio; her great-grandparents, Teresa Luckett of Horatio, Wayne Plunk of Horatio, Regina Smith of Broken Bow and Garth Burgess, Sr. of Dierks, Arkansas; her great-great-grandparents, Ann and Dennis Luckett; her uncle Chris Tabor of Mustang, Oklahoma; her great-grandparent Shirley Tabor of Lawton, Oklahoma; her uncle Anthony Grace of Texas; and her aunt Maria Grace of Lawton, Oklahoma.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Chandler Funeral Home Chapel (1015 W Collin Raye Dr, De Queen, AR 71832). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
