She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Hayes and Alma Hayes (Nash); and her siblings, Homer Hayes, Jesse Carl Hayes, Howard Hayes, Carrell Hayes, Lonnie Hayes, Gertrude Rhea and Omagene Knotts.
She is survived by: her sisters, Irene Parker of Flippin, AR., Judy Miller of Corning, AR. and Sharon Brown of Bella Vista, AR.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
