It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Velma Darter (Dardanelle, Arkansas), born in Hominy, Oklahoma, who passed away on May 8, 2018, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
