He was predeceased by: his parents, Khamanh Phommapheng and Phair Phommapheng; and his sisters, Natalie Rasavong and Somlith Xayachach. He is survived by: his wife Somphou Phommapheng; his children, Somphong Phommapheng, Chitpasong Lee, Anunong Rasavong and Peggy Sibounheuang; and his brother Somsanuk Phouthavong. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
