He was predeceased by: his parents, JD Bailey and Ann Woodall Bailey; and his siblings, Joe Douglas Bailey and Sherry Donovan. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Sargent Bailey; his daughter Brandie Lynn Bailey; his brother-in-law Michael A. Sargent; his grandson Nicholaus Quinlin Hight (Stephanie); his great grandchild Jaxon Reid Hight; and his pet Bella. He is also survived by cousins, Texas cousins, niece and nephews, many other family members, friends.
The military honors was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Cornwell Funeral Chaple (207 Quay St, Dardanelle, AR 72834).
