She was predeceased by: her husband Lewis Blevins; and her brother Johnny Turner. She is survived by: her son Brian Blevins (Jessica) of Dardanelle; her siblings, Kenneth Powers (Flora) of Hollis and Judy Johnson (Sammy) of Dardanelle; and her grandchildren, Kevin Hernandez, Bayleigh Blevins, Izio Perez, Brooklynn Blevins and Isaac Blevins. She is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
