Higgins of Dardanelle, Arkansas, born in Little Rock, Arkansas, who passed away on September 30, 2021, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Roland and Frances Higgins (Brown); and his wife Clora Higgins. He is survived by: his children, Ronnie Higgins (Cindy Fejfar) of Russellville and Alinda Higgins of Memphis, Tennessee; and his grandchildren, Ron Higgins (Cheryl) of Bauxite, Karyn Adams (Matt) of Maumelle, Danielle Hoeme (Larry) of Springdale, Arkansas, Brittany Coffer (Jimmy) of Cabot and Tate Stewart (Brad) of Springdale. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
