He was predeceased by: his wife Cassie Boynton; and his brother George Douglas. He is survived by: his children, Angela (Toney), Mike (Hope), Jeremy, Dusty (Wendy) and Barbra; and his sister Alice Strong (George). He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; five great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
