He is survived by: his stepfather Johnnie Patrick of Pottsville; and his siblings, Charles Metz of Dover, Mary Knuckles of Hot Springs, Shirley Martin of Oklahoma, Jeannie Bake of Springdale, Polly Frye (Dale) of St. John and Brenda Linton (Jerry) of Russellville.
