She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Black and Ila Ledford; her brothers, Royce and Don Black (Carl Waters); and her granddaughter Victoria Waters.
She is survived by: her siblings, Patricia Standrige of Dardanelle, AR and Gary Black (Cindy) of Russellville, AR; and her sons, Scott Waters (Donna) of Fayetteville, NC, Carl Waters Jr. (Christy) of Roland, AR and Nicholas Waters of Dardanelle, AR.. She is also survived by Ten grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, countless great grandchildren, and unlimited friends.
