She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Horn and Oleta Horn; her husband Charlie; her brother-in-law Darvin Gladden; and her nephew-in-law Charlie Parker.

She is survived by: her children, Chuck New (Kay) and Dr. Sandra Parham (Jon); her grandchildren, April Watson (David), Evan Long (Mia), Dr. Kayla Sapkota (Pradeep), Hannah Bridgman (Jeff) and Charla Owens (Jessie); her great grandchildren, Mackenzie, Josiah Watson and Keeva Sapkota; her sister Treva Gladden; her niece Alisha Parker; and her nephews, Michael and Dallas Parker.
