He is survived by: his wife Ruth Douglas; his children, Misty Gipson (Neil) of Atkins and Kennan Gililland; the mother of his child Carolyn Mullins of Ola; his daughter Sabrina Mullins of Dardanelle; his stepsons, Josh and Andrew Douglas; his siblings, Bob Mullins (Judy), Cliff Mullins (Lana) of Ola, Troy Mullins of Little Rock, Lela Leach of Dardanelle, Davy Mullins (Anna) of Plainview and Kenny Mullins (Melba) of Plumerville; and his grandchildren, Addison Mullins, Michael Gipson, Joshua Douglas, Pyper Mullins and Kinsley McDaniel. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
