He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Jo Gettle of Missouri; and his stepsons, James Efird of Swifton and Doug Efird of Washington State. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Gettle of Dardanelle. He is also survived by three grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
