She was predeceased by: her father Leon Underwood; and her daughter Joshlyn Wesley-Sams. She is survived by: her mother Dorothy Pledger Underwood; her husband Josh Wesley; her son Jace Wesley; her brothers, Steve Underwood (Elaine), Kevin Underwood (Beth), Travis Underwood (Suzie) and Larry Underwood (Peggy); her grandchildren, Juslyn Sams and Jaylynn Sams; and her aunt Nellie Garmen. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Oak Grove Cemetery Fund at Chambers Bank.
