He was predeceased by: his daughter Riley Ann; and his grandparents, Harlow, Irma Fox, Jim and Marilyn Mollan.
He is survived by: his wife Carly; his children, Tyler, Teagan, Birdie and Dolly; his parents, Curt and Dawn; his brother Chad; his sister-in-law Stacy; his parents-in-law, Kerry and Sue Florian; his siblings-in-law, Brandon, Dana and Joe; his uncles, Jeff and Bill Mollan; his aunt Gloria Brown; and his nieces and nephews, Lincoln, Parker, Rhett, Joie, Ruby Sue and Reese Marie.
